Sometimes, it is not the job, but it is people issues. This includes HOW you communicate your needs effectively and listen to others when they communicate with you. A coach helps you to move forward in areas where you are stuck. While employed, you may want to start thinking about your next career move, and it may not always be clear when to do an activity and how to make a move. In the 21st century, skills are more important than titles.
